We often provide a choice of hourly rates with a cap if an open-ended relationship is desired or a flat fee for a more defined start and end date. Who We Are - Jeff Chambers

Jeff has been committed to lending specialization most of his mortgage and banking career. He started as a Private Banker focused on Medical Professionals and parlayed that experience into the high-end mortgage business starting with Chase Manhattan and then Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. For the majority of Jeff’s career at Wells Fargo, he was the National Head of the Private Mortgage Banking Group. During his tenure, the team rose to national prominence in the affluent / jumbo lending space, reaching almost 20% national market share with over 1,000 Private Mortgage Bankers. Jeff also has significant experience in Builder / New Construction lending, having led the Western US strategy for Wells Fargo for many years. Jeff is known as a motivational business leader driving strong business results while creating a strong sense of culture with sales and support teams.

Who We Are - Tim McDonald

Tim's mortgage lending career is highlighted by a variety of senior leadership roles that emphasize the development and execution of strategies across multiple businesses. After a successful stint at Chase Manhattan, Tim rose through the ranks of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, leading teams over 24 years: - Directed Private Mortgage Banking’s national affluent-client effort through its formative years - National Business Head for the industry’s largest and most successful Reverse Mortgage Lending company - Expanded the national retail distribution footprint of the Wells Fargo Advisors Mortgage group - Divisional Leader for Wells Fargo’s non-prime business expansion - Divisional Sales Manager, leading multiple Western US sales regions Tim is best known as a go-to enterprise leader with extensive experience in business model design and organizational change strategies. He takes great pride in the value of quality coaching, mentoring, and developing people as a competitive advantage.
