Who We Are - Jeff Chambers

Jeff has been committed to the wealth lending segment most of his mortgage and banking career. He started as a Private Banker focused on Medical Professionals and parlayed that experience into the high-end mortgage business starting with Chase Manhattan and then Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. For the majority of Jeff’s career at Wells Fargo, he was the National Head of the Private Mortgage Banking Group. During his tenure, the team rose to national prominence in the affluent / jumbo lending space, reaching almost 20% market share with over 1,000 Private Mortgage Bankers nationwide. Jeff is known as a motivational business leader driving strong business results while creating a strong sense of culture within sales and support teams.

Who We Are - Tim McDonald

Tim's mortgage lending career is highlighted by a diversity in senior leadership roles that prioritize the ideation, authorship and execution of effective strategies. After a successful stint at Chase Manhattan, Tim rose through the ranks at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage over 24 years. He directed the Private Mortgage Banking national effort through its formative years and expanded the national distribution of the Wells Fargo Advisors mortgage group. Tim went on to lead multiple retail sales regions as Division Sales Manager. Tim is best known as a go-to leader with extensive experience in business model design and organizational change leadership strategies. He takes great pride in coaching, mentoring, and developing people as a competitive advantage.
